Getting started

For agents, users, and managers.

  1. Open the login page for your region:
  2. Australia: www.myrealestate.express
  3. United States: myhub.express. That page is the sign-in only — you then work on us.myhubexpress.app.
  4. Enter the username and password your office gave you.
  5. If your agency uses a second step (text message or app code), complete that when asked.

You then land in the live portal. What you see depends on your role:

Your role Where you land What you can do
Agent Statistics See magazine opens, QR scans, campaigns, and reports
User Home Listings, magazines, print, orders, and statistics (whatever your office has turned on)
Manager Home Everything a user can do, plus personnel, offices, and sending logins

If you cannot sign in:

  • Check caps lock, and that you are on the right login page (www.myrealestate.express in Australia, myhub.express in the US).
  • A wrong password or code sends you back to that same page with a message.
  • Use Forgot password? on the login page if you see it — enter your email or username and follow the link.
  • Or ask your manager to click SEND RESET on your row under Personnel. See Your team.
  • Logout returns you to the same regional login page.

Home screen

Most users and managers land on Arrival — the home screen.

You will see a greeting and your brand logo. A short message from the platform team may appear under the greeting.

Cards

Card What it does
Magazine Opens your latest unfinished magazine in the editor. If you have none waiting, it opens the Magazines list. Offices marked Not Real Estate Customer keep this card, but Open Magazines does nothing.
View latest properties Opens your listings, newest first. Offices marked Not Real Estate Customer keep this card, but it does nothing.
Manage personnel Opens the agents and staff who appear on boards and booklets.

A wide promo image may sit under the three cards when the platform team has uploaded one. If it is a link, click it; if not, it is display only.

Quick actions

Button What it does
View latest Properties Opens your listings, newest first. Offices marked Not Real Estate Customer keep this button, but it does nothing.
Manage Personnel Opens agents and staff.
Order Products Opens the print types your office may use. Use Back to return one step. Everyday reprints still start on the listing Order tab.
Give Feedback Opens a short email to support.
Feature Request Opens the same email form with a Feature Request subject.

Next edition

Your first magazine is set up for the office. Every later edition is a Duplicate from the Magazines list: set the name, quantity, date, and office, then reload listings, preview, and approve. See Magazines.

The menu

What you see depends on your role. A typical agency menu includes:

Menu What you do there
Logo Back to the home screen. In Australia it reads myrealestate.express; in the US it reads myhub.express.
House Same as the logo — home
Properties Your listings — shown when your office has the listings product. Hidden when the office is a Not Real Estate Customer.
Magazines Booklets — shown when your office has the magazine product
MyFiles Office file locker — shown when your office has MyFiles
Products Boards, brochures, and other print
Orders Jobs you have approved
Statistics Opens, scans, campaigns, and reports
Account Your account, when your agency uses it

Managers also see Personnel and Offices. Logins are sent from Personnel — see Your team.

If Properties, Magazines, or MyFiles is missing from your menu, your office does not have that option turned on (or it is a Not Real Estate Customer, which hides Properties). Ask your manager or support. See Office options.

On the right you will see your brand logo, a ? button that opens Help and Dash, and a round button with your initial. Click the initial for Change Password and Logout.

Agents only have Statistics. That is expected. Users and managers use the home screen and the full menu.

A first day that works

  1. Sign in from www.myrealestate.express.
  2. On the home screen, open View latest properties and find a listing you know.
  3. Open it and check Details, Images, and Copy. Fields with a green border come from your CRM and can change when the feed updates.
  4. If you produce a magazine, Duplicate the last edition on the Magazines list, set the name, quantity, date, and office, then Reload the latest Mag-ticked listings and preview. See Magazines.
  5. When something is unclear, open Help or ask Dash.

Change your password

Once you are signed in, click your initial at the top right and choose Change Password:

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter the new password twice.
  3. Save.

Use a strong password you do not reuse. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the login page, or ask your manager to click SEND RESET on your Personnel row. You cannot use Change Password while you are logged out.

Getting help

See Help and Dash. Options your office has not turned on (including possible paid AI tools) are on Office options. Longer walkthroughs stay on this wiki.
