Brochures and products¶
For users and managers. (Agents use Statistics; they do not order print from this menu.)
Your office already has the print types it uses — boards, brochures, flyers, bundles. You do not add a new product type yourself.
The usual job: print for a listing¶
Most reprints start on the listing, not on the Products menu.
- Open Properties and click the address.
- Open the Order tab.
- If this listing has been printed before, click Duplicate on that earlier job. That copies it so you can check it and approve again.
- If this is the first time for that piece, choose the type you always use, enter the quantity, add a comment if you need one, and Save.
- Open the Print Editor, check photos and banners, then Order → Approve.
That is the same idea as magazines: copy what you already use; do not start from a blank design.
The Products menu¶
Products shows pictures of the print types your office may order. Every tile is the same size — the cover is scaled to fit. Click a type to see that family of pieces. Those pictures are often the cover of a recent approved job for that type — the type picture stays when you open a family and come back. A picture already set for your office stays put; support can fill empty tiles from a later approved job without replacing one that is already there. If a type has never had an approved print PDF, the tile may stay blank or show a generic picture.
Back (top of the page) returns one step: home ← types ← pieces ← jobs. Duplicate on the job list opens a window titled Duplicate brochure or Duplicate product (magazines say Duplicate magazine). Date starts as today; you can still change it.
Order Products on the home screen opens this page.
Brochures and bundles¶
A bundle is a set printed together — for example an A4 plus a Just Listed DL.
When you preview or print:
- Each brochure in the pack gets its own QR
- Magazines still use the listing QR
- Printing the same brochure again keeps the same QR
See those scans on Statistics → Campaigns. See Statistics and reports.
After you approve¶
The job appears under Orders. See Orders.
